Unified retail, from store floor to head office
We implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce — the omnichannel retail platform built on Finance & Operations — connecting your POS, e-commerce, loyalty and supply chain in one system.
Retail without the silos
Most retail businesses run on disconnected systems — a POS that doesn't talk to the website, inventory that's always slightly wrong, loyalty data that lives in a spreadsheet. D365 Commerce closes those gaps: one platform for physical stores, online channels, back-office buying and finance, all on the same data. We implement the full stack and make sure it actually works in your stores on day one.

Frequently asked questions
Does D365 Commerce require Finance & Operations?+
Yes — Dynamics 365 Commerce runs on the Finance & Operations platform. The Commerce HQ (headquarters) module is part of F&O, so a Commerce implementation is always delivered alongside an F&O foundation. If you don't have F&O yet, we implement both together.
What channels does D365 Commerce cover?+
D365 Commerce covers physical retail (in-store POS), e-commerce (a native storefront or headless API for custom storefronts), call centre sales, and back-office buying and merchandising. All channels share the same product, pricing, promotions and customer data — so your loyalty programme works the same in-store and online.
How does D365 Commerce compare to LS Central?+
Both run on the Microsoft stack, but they serve different profiles. LS Central (our LS Retail partner offering) is purpose-built for retail and hospitality on Business Central — a strong fit for mid-market retailers who want fast deployment and a proven out-of-the-box retail solution. D365 Commerce is the enterprise-tier option: it sits on F&O, scales to thousands of stores and complex multi-country retail operations, and is typically the right choice for larger organisations with advanced omnichannel or e-commerce requirements.
Can existing retail systems be migrated to D365 Commerce?+
Yes. Data migration is part of every Commerce implementation — product catalogues, customer records, loyalty points, historical transactions and supplier data. We plan the migration carefully to minimise risk and ensure continuity at go-live.
