Business Central, fluent in Romanian accounting.

Microsoft doesn't ship a Romanian version of Business Central. Romanian Localization from 365vanguard adds what Romanian accounting law and day-to-day practice require, so your team can close the month, file VAT returns and print legal documents straight from Business Central.

A setup guide prepares a new company for Romania: the chart of accounts, VAT and posting groups, counties, currencies with BNR exchange rates, the fiscal year, number series and the settings of every module. It only adds what's missing, never overwrites existing values, and writes every action to a log. You can run it again at any time.

Questions

Why does Business Central need a localization in Romania?

Microsoft doesn't ship a Romanian version of Business Central. Without a localization you don't get the Romanian chart of accounts, trial balances with 4 and 5 equalities, VAT journals, D394 and D390, receipts or documents with the mandatory mentions, which the accountant would otherwise keep in spreadsheets or another system.

Can I install it in a company that already has data?

The setup guide is designed for a new, empty company. It only adds what's missing, never overwrites existing values and logs every action. For a company with history, we agree the steps with you before installing.

Do I also need e-Factura, SAF-T and e-Transport?

No. The localization, e-Factura, SAF-T (D406) and e-Transport are separate apps, sold individually, that work together. They all use the free RO Foundation library, which is installed automatically.

Will Business Central's interface be in Romanian?

The localization's pages and reports are in Romanian and English. The Romanian translation of the standard Business Central pages is a separate app.

Which version of Business Central is it for?

Business Central online, version 28.

How much does it cost and where do I get it?

The localization is listed on Microsoft Marketplace and installs into Business Central. Write to us for pricing and a demo on test data.
